A health check for your table

Which part of the car is each of us?

Car Parts is a 20-minute exercise where every member says, anonymously, which part of the car each tabler is playing. The table gets an honest picture of itself: who is the engine, who is the brakes, and who is just along for the ride.

How a session runs

1

HDRT 189 opens your portal

Your table gets its own portal, already listing your current tablers from the RTI dashboard, and a passcode for the table admin.

2

The table admin runs a session

Check the names, start this year's session, and share the link or QR code in the table's group.

3

Members respond, the table reflects

Each member assigns names to the sixteen parts, anonymously. The portal shows only totals, and keeps every year so each tabler can see how they have grown.

The sixteen parts

Each part belongs to one of four quadrants. The exercise does not score people; it shows the table how its energy is distributed.
