A health check for your table

Which part of the car is each of us?

Car Parts is a 20-minute exercise where every member says, anonymously, which part of the car each tabler is playing. The table gets an honest picture of itself: who is the engine, who is the brakes, and who is just along for the ride.

How a session runs

1

HDRT 189 sets it up

Tell us the table and who will facilitate. You get a session code and a facilitator passcode.

2

The facilitator adds the names

Paste the member list, then share the join link or QR code in the table's group.

3

Members respond, the table reflects

Each member assigns names to the sixteen parts. Responses are anonymous. The facilitator sees only the table's overall picture and brings it to the next meeting.

The sixteen parts

Each part belongs to one of four quadrants. The exercise does not score people; it shows the table how its energy is distributed.
